ANYONE USING OR PURCHASING ITEMS FROM CAROL & GRACE MUST READ THE FOLLOWING DISCLAIMER PRIOR TO ORDERING OR USING ANY PRODUCTS.

OUR PRODUCTS MUST BE USED ONLY AS DIRECTED!

Excessive use of our product or prolonged exposure may cause irritation to skin and urinary tract. Please discontinue use if rash, redness, or itching occur.

​Consult your physician if irritation persists. Avoid using products if you have skin allergies, skin sensitivities or open cuts/wounds on the skin. Consult your doctor if you have concerns about medications that you may currently be taking prior to using our products or if you have problem skin. It is important to know all of your own specific allergies/sensitivities to any/all ingredients contained in our products prior to using/purchasing. If pregnant/nursing or under a physicians care, please consult your doctor before using our products if you have any concerns/questions about our ingredients. Our products are made using pure essential oils and fragrance oils. They are not recommended for anyone that may have concerns about using any of these oils. If you have reviewed the ingredients that may be contained in our products and wish to know exactly which ingredients are in specific products, we recommend that you email us and we will advise you of exact product ingredients prior to ordering.

OUR PRODUCTS ARE NOT RECOMMENDED FOR USE ON VERY YOUNG CHILDREN OR BABIES

Due to the delicate nature of children's skin, our products (including Carol & Grace children's products) should only be used on children who are not skin sensitive and do not have any skin allergies/skin sensitivities to fragrance oils/essential oils or any of the ingredients utilized in production of our products. Our Carol & Grace children's bubble wands and bath bombs are made with less fragrance oil than our standard bath bombs, however, they are not recommended for use on any child who may have skin sensitivities/allergies of any kind. If you have concerns about any ingredients contained in our products, please email us with any potential concerns/questions prior to ordering/purchasing/using. Note: Some of our bath bombs may contain a "surprise" inside and are clearly marked and labeled with a warning. These products are not recommended for children under age 3 due to potential choking hazard.

Any products being sold under the Carol & Grace name are not meant to treat, diagnose or cure any diseases or ailments. Use caution and common sense with bath products. Keep products out of eyes/nose and away from any/all sensitive skin/areas. Consult your physician if irritation persists. Keep products out of the reach of children and pets. Carol & Grace is not responsible for any personal health, allergies, incidents, or mishaps from using Carol & Grace products. By placing an order you are certifying that you have read the ingredients of our products and are agreeing to hold Carol & Grace its owners, agents and otherwise, harmless to any allergic reaction or any other condition you may have or acquire as a result of using any Carol & Grace products regardless of place of purchase. If you have any questions about any ingredients in Carol & Grace products, please email us and ask about them prior to placing your order. Please note: safety of products has not been tested.

ALWAYS TEST FIRST:

Please be advised that some of our products do contain nut oils. In order to test for known or unknown allergies, we recommend always conducting a patch test when using any new product on yourself or a loved one. Please test the product first on a small area of skin before applying/using on entire body. If any allergic reaction, rash or skin irritation occurs, discontinue use and seek medical attention as soon as possible. Do not ingest products as they are for external use only (with exception of our lip products). Do not put products in or near eyes, nose or any other sensitive areas. Use caution in bathtubs or showers as products can leave areas such as tubs and showers slippery.

ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS:

All of our products are handcrafted and created for each individual order, therefore, no two products will be exactly the same. Please allow for slight variations in color and appearance. Product photos shown on website may vary slightly from products ordered/delivered, i.e. colors, decorations, etc. We recommend that you use our products while fresh and fragrant. We recommend using only one bath bomb or glitter brick per bath and using all other products wisely and sparingly. Items may expire after 90 days from creation. To get the best quality item please use within 90 days otherwise item may not be up to potential use. 

Carol and Grace is NOT LIABLE for any costs associated with having any adverse reactions with use of products. 

All information, services and products purchased by or read by our customers/users agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Carol & Grace from any kind of liability, loss, claim and expense which includes attorney fees related to your violation of this agreement. This disclaimer must be read before purchasing any of our products. Customers must use common sense when purchasing and using any of our products.

18+ OVER PRODUCTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND USED AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION. CAROL AND GRACE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR OVER USED ITEMS, OVERHEATED ITEMS OR BROKEN ITEMS. 

PLEASE NOTE: ANY AND ALL OF OUR INGREDIENTS OR TOPPINGS THAT WE USE FOR/IN OUR PRODUCTS ARE FOR BATHING/BODY PURPOSES OR DECORATIVE PURPOSES ONLY AND ARE NOT SAFE TO BE CONSUMED IN ANY WAY. HOWEVER, OUR LIP SCRUBS ARE SAFE FOR LICK-OFF CONSUMPTION.
